產品更換/ 退款

為求保證產品及服務質素,在貨品寄出之前 ,每一件產品均會檢查 以確保產品質素以及拍照紀錄。

 

唯運送旅程或會引致個別情況出現,所以為讓每位消費者安心訂購 ,於本公司選購之貨品,均提供「三天問題產品換貨/ 退款服務」,讓您無後顧之憂。

顧客在簽收貨品天三內,若果發現產品有任何問題及需要更換/ 退款時,可以電郵Info@BeautyGardenInHK.com 或 Whatsapp 6878 4179

 

產品退換/ 退款方法及細則

退款時,產品需保持包裝完好無損以及未經使用。

海外顧客的換貨/ 退款原因是本公司錯誤所引致,運費將由本公司全數負責,如因為其他緣故,海外客戶均須自付有關更換貨品的運費。

 

唯留意, 貨品退換需等待兩至三星期安排新產品運送到本公司, 然後再安排運送到客人。

按個別情況而定, 例如客人無法等待再次運送, 本公司或會偏向客人接受退款(並非再等待換貨)。

 

不接受更換/ 退款的產品

以下情況將不接獲換貨/ 退款安排:

產品簽收之後已超過三天。

產品並未保持完好包裝、已受破壞、損毀或不完整。

產品已經開封(產品變質除外)或被使用超過原本之容量的25%。

顧客對產品產生敏感反應, 顧客不適合使用該產品。

本公司不會就此承擔任何責任或相關費用。

變質的產品,但被使用超過原本之容量的25%。

 

任何顯示不接受退貨/ 退款的折扣產品或特價產品。

任何免費贈品、附件及試用裝禮品。

 

換貨/ 退款產品不符合本公司的換貨/ 退款條款,將不獲處理,不便之處,敬請原諒。

一切有關換貨處/ 退款理事宜,BeautyGardenInHK.com 擁有最終決定權。

 

換貨/ 退款須知

顧客只能在同一收據下於指定日期內辦理換貨/ 退款一次,已換/退款之產品亦不再接受更換/退款

 

交易完成

如顧客於三天內並未有任何換貨/ 退款的申請,則代表貨品交易已完成,本公司毋須承擔任何法律上的責任,亦不會安排任何更換貨/ 退款事宜。

 

免責條款

本公司對於提供的禮品及試用裝之質素 概不承擔任何責任及不提供更換服務

Product replacement / refund

In order to ensure the quality of our products and services, each product will be inspected to ensure the quality and taken photo record keeping prior to the delivery of the products.


However, during the transportation process exceptional case may happen. To ensure you have a good experience, we offer three days products replacement / refund service.


Within three days of receipt of the goods, if you find any problems with the product and need to be replaced / request a refund, you can email Info@BeautyGardenInHK.com or Whatsapp 6878 4179

Please remember to send us your order details and together with photos of the products.

Product Return / Refund Method and Rules

 

The product must be kept undamaged and unused.

 

For overseas customers, if the replacement or refund request is caused by the mistake of our company. The shipping costs will be refunded and paid by our company. For other reasons, overseas customers will need pay the shipping cost.

 

Attention: For replacement of the product, it will take another two or three weeks to arrange the delivery of new products to the company, and then arrange delivery to customers again.

Depending on individual circumstances, for example if the customer prefer not to wait for the re-delivery, the company will prefer to have customer to accept a refund (instead waiting for replacement).

 

Conditions that will not allow replacement / refund

The following conditions will not arrange replacement / refund arrangements:

More than three days have passed since the receipt of the product.

The product package has been damaged or incomplete.

The product has been unsealed (except for product deterioration) or used more than 20% of its original capacity.

 

Customers have a sensitive reaction to the product, the customer is not suitable for using the product.

 

The company will not assume any responsibility or related costs.

Deteriorated product, but was used more than 20% of the original capacity.

 

Any discount or special offer that shows no returns / refunds.

Any free gifts or free samples.



Exchange / Refund The product does not comply with the company’s replacement / refund terms and will not be processed.

BeautyGardenInHK.com reserves the right of final decision on all replacement / refund matters.



Exchange / refund instructions

Customers can only request replacement / refund once within the specified date under the same receipt. Products that have been replaced/ refunded will no longer covered by replacement / refund again.



Completion of transaction
If the customer does not have any replacement / refund application within three days, the transaction is completed. The Company shall not be liable for any legal obligations and no replacement / refund will be made.
